Senior ML Engineer (GPU Infrastructure)
Design and optimize GPU inference pipelines for state-of-the-art image and video generation with audio models including photorealistic, stylized, and WAN. Build scalable serving infrastructure across multi-GPU clusters running RTX 5090 hardware. You'll own the entire inference stack from model loading to pixel delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ML engineering or systems engineering
- Deep knowledge of PyTorch, CUDA, and GPU optimization techniques
- Experience with diffusion models, transformer architectures, or generative AI
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with C++/CUDA kernels
- Experience with multi-GPU serving, model parallelism, or distributed inference
- Strong understanding of memory management, batching strategies, and latency optimization
Nice to Have
- Experience with NVIDIA TensorRT, Triton Inference Server, or vLLM
- Contributions to open-source ML projects
- Experience with video generation with audio models (CogVideoX, WAN, etc.)
Full-Stack Developer (React/Python)
Build and maintain the ZSky AI web application from frontend to backend. Implement real-time generation interfaces, user dashboards, billing systems, and API endpoints. Work closely with ML engineers to integrate new models and ship features that delight creators.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React (hooks, context, modern patterns)
- Backend experience with Python (Flask or FastAPI preferred)
- Experience with real-time systems (WebSockets, SSE, or polling)
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure
- An eye for clean UI/UX and performance optimization
Nice to Have
- Experience with Stripe billing integration
- Familiarity with AI/ML APIs and model serving
- Experience building image/video editing interfaces
Growth Marketing Manager
Drive user acquisition and retention for ZSky AI through a combination of SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, and community-driven growth. Own the marketing funnel from first touch to paid conversion. Use data to find what works and double down.
Requirements
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience at a SaaS or consumer tech company
- Proven track record of driving measurable user growth
- Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and organic growth channels
- Experience with paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills

- Community building experience on Discord or Reddit
Community Manager
Build and nurture the ZSky AI creator community across Discord, Reddit, Twitter/X, YouTube, and TikTok. Organize monthly challenges, spotlight outstanding creators, moderate discussions, and be the bridge between our users and the product team. Turn users into advocates.
Requirements
- 2+ years of community management experience
- Experience managing Discord servers with 1,000+ members
- Strong written communication skills across social platforms
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI art and generative creativity
- Ability to create engaging content (tutorials, challenges, showcases)
- Empathy, patience, and conflict resolution skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI image/video generation with audio tools
- Video editing skills for YouTube/TikTok content
- Experience building creator programs or ambassador networks
AI Research Intern
Contribute to research on next-generation image and video generation with audio techniques. Experiment with fine-tuning strategies, novel architectures, and inference optimizations. Work alongside senior engineers on real production systems serving thousands of users daily. This is a hands-on role with real GPU time and real impact.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in CS, ML, or related field
- Strong fundamentals in deep learning and computer vision
- Experience with PyTorch and training/fine-tuning neural networks
- Familiarity with diffusion models, GANs, or other generative architectures
- Ability to read and implement techniques from research papers
- Self-motivated with strong written communication skills
Nice to Have
- Published research or open-source contributions in generative AI
- Experience with LoRA, DreamBooth, or other fine-tuning methods
- Kaggle competitions or personal ML projects
