ZSky AI is built in the United States. All generation runs on privately owned NVIDIA hardware inside the country — prompts are never routed through third-party inference APIs abroad. The team is small, independent, and funded by paid subscriptions and editorial sponsorship. No venture capital. No tracking ads. No data resale.

01Is there a phone number?ZSky AI is a small studio without a call center. Every inquiry is handled by email and answered personally within twenty-four hours on business days. For urgent issues, email [email protected] and put URGENT in the subject line.

02How fast do you respond?Support emails get a reply within twenty-four hours on business days, often faster. Press inquiries are answered within forty-eight hours. General hello messages can take up to three business days depending on volume. If something is on fire, put URGENT in the subject line of a support email.

All generation hardware is self-hosted on privately owned GPUs inside the USA — prompts never leave the country through third-party inference APIs. We are happy to share more infrastructure detail with journalists and partners on request.
