Most AI image generators store everything you create with no per-tier opt-out and rarely publish their retention schedule. ZSky takes a different approach: we publish exactly what we keep, for how long, and split training by tier. What ZSky Stores, By Tier
- Prompts — logged for safety, moderation, and (free tier only) potential training. Retained up to 1 year per the Privacy Policy retention table.
- Free-tier gallery — your generated images and videos stay in the user-visible gallery for 7 days from creation, then auto-delete.
- Paid-tier gallery (Pro/Ultra/Max) — kept indefinitely while your subscription is active. On downgrade or cancellation, the gallery reverts to a rolling 7-day window.
- Backend safety hold — up to 30 days post-deletion, ZSky retains an internal backend copy for moderation, safety, and abuse-investigation purposes only. Not user-visible.
- Public Explore feed (free tier) — free-tier creations may appear on the public Explore feed and community galleries. You can remove an Output at any time by deleting it from your account, or upgrade to a paid tier for private generation.
- AI training — paid-tier prompts and outputs are never used to train or improve models. Free-tier prompts and outputs may be used to train and improve models; opt out at [email protected].
- Ads — none. ZSky is fully ad-free on every tier, free included — no ad-network placements and no advertising cookies anywhere on the site.

If you are generating product concepts, marketing materials, or brand visuals, you do not want your prompts — which describe your products and strategy — used for model training. Pro ($19/month) and above are excluded from training by default with no opt-in available. That is the deterministic answer if you cannot risk a training-opt-out request being missed or lagged.
Freelancers and Agencies
Client work requires confidentiality. Paid-tier creations stay in your private gallery (not the public Explore feed), are never used for training, and ship with the explicit commercial license (Ultra+) or white-label license (Max). That is what clients expect.
Researchers and Educators
Academic research involving AI-generated imagery may require IRB compliance and data handling assurances. Paid-tier accounts give you a tier-locked training exclusion plus the option to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) on Enterprise.

We honor opt-out requests going forward within 30 days. Already-processed data that has been incorporated into model weights cannot be individually extracted — that is a hard mathematical limit, not a policy choice.
You can also delete individual Outputs from your account at any time to remove them from the public Explore feed.
