Is the free tier really free forever?

Yes. Free forever means free forever. There is no trial clock, no hidden conversion step, no credit card required. Unlimited video and image generation, supported by contextual ads. Commercial use is allowed on free. The only differences from paid are: a small "zsky.ai" watermark on images (videos are never watermarked), and you share the standard queue during peak hours. That's it. I'm not going to pull the rug out from under anyone.
Why are you so generous?

Because I couldn't afford to pay for Midjourney or Runway when I needed them. I have aphantasia — I literally cannot picture images in my mind. A camera was the first thing that let me see my own ideas. After my TBI, creating was part of how I got my brain back. The idea that someone else would be locked out of that because they can't afford $20/month is the thing that made me build this. The free tier is the mission. The paid tiers are how I keep the mission running.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One click in your account settings. You keep your paid tier until the end of your current billing period, then you automatically move back to the Free Forever plan — you don't lose your account, your creations, or your history. No cancellation fee, no "are you sure" funnel, no retention offers designed to trap you.
Is this safe — no hidden fees?

No hidden fees. The price on this page is the price. No setup fee, no per-generation surcharge, no "premium models" paywall buried in-app. Payments are processed by Stripe with 256-bit encryption. ZSky never sees your full card number. Refund window is 24 hours from your initial purchase — email
[email protected] within 24 hours and we'll refund you, no questions asked. After that, your subscription runs through the end of the period you paid for and you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal.

Where does my subscription go?

Roughly in this order: electricity to run 12 GPUs (8× RTX 5090 + 4× RTX 4090) GPUs 24/7, Cloudflare bandwidth, object storage for your creations, Supabase for auth and database, Stripe fees, and then — what's left — subsidizing the free tier for creators who can't pay. ZSky has no venture investors demanding margin. There's no growth team I need to fund. Every dollar goes back into compute, storage, and the mission. Ultra and above receive an explicit commercial license; Max and Z Creator include white-label rights, ideal for agencies and high-volume commercial projects.
