1 Million Minds Eye

Free lifetime Ultra access for 1 million people who live without a mind's eye.

A ZSky AI accessibility commitment · April 2026

A note from the founder

My name is Cemhan Biricik. I have aphantasia — I cannot see pictures when I close my eyes. Most of my life, my ideas lived nowhere I could see them. I knew what an apple was, I knew the color red, but the image never formed. I thought everyone was just using a figure of speech when they said they could “picture” something.

Years later a traumatic brain injury took my words too. For a while I had no inner monologue, no internal voice, no visual memory, almost no language. Everything I thought I had for thinking was gone. What came back first was not words. It was a camera.

“Photography was the first tool that let my imagination exist outside my head. I could finally see what I had been trying to say.”

Framing an image in a viewfinder and pressing the shutter did something neurologists now call creative neuroplasticity — the brain rebuilds broken pathways through repeated creative effort. Photography gave my brain somewhere to put things. I rebuilt my language through images, not the other way around.

ZSky AI exists so that nobody else has to struggle the way I did. If you live without a mind's eye, or if injury took your visual memory, you deserve a tool that externalizes imagination for you — instantly, beautifully, and without a paywall standing between you and the thing you are trying to make.

How to Apply

No medical documentation. No intake questionnaire. No doctor's note. This is trust-based. If you say you qualify, you qualify. Fill out the short form below and you will receive your Ultra activation link by email within 48 hours.

1 Million Minds Eye Application

Your Ultra activation link will be sent here.
We read every submission. You do not need to prove anything.

We do not sell or share your data. This application is stored only for the purpose of granting your Ultra account, and you can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Why This Matters

Most AI tools treat creativity as an optional activity — a hobby, a productivity add-on, a way to make prettier slide decks. For people with aphantasia, creativity is not optional. It is the only way we can see what we are thinking. For TBI survivors, creative work is not a hobby either. It rebuilds the neural pathways the injury broke. Research on creative therapy in brain injury recovery is consistent: the act of making something externalizes internal states and drives neuroplastic rewiring in a way that passive recovery cannot.

An AI tool that removes the technical barrier to generating images and video is, for this population, a prosthetic for imagination. That should not cost money. It should not be locked behind a credit card. It should not be gated by a medical letter.

Who Qualifies

Aphantasia

The inability to voluntarily visualize images in the mind. Estimated to affect around 4% of the population. Trust-based, no diagnosis required.

Visual cortex damage

Any injury or condition affecting the occipital lobe, V1, or downstream visual processing that impacts mental imagery or visual memory.

TBI & post-concussion

Traumatic brain injury, concussion, or post-concussion syndrome where visual memory or visualization was affected during recovery.

Stroke survivors

If a stroke affected your visual cortex or your ability to form mental images, you are welcome in this program. No paperwork required.

Hemianopsia & field loss

Partial visual field loss, cortical blindness, or other acquired visual field deficits that impact the ability to rehearse images mentally.

“I think this is me”

If you suspect you have any of the above but never got an official answer, that is still enough. Self-identification is honored. No gatekeeping.

Partners We'd Love to Work With

The 1 Million Minds Eye Initiative is bigger than one company can distribute on its own. We are inviting the Aphantasia Network and other patient advocacy groups, TBI recovery centers, and accessibility-focused nonprofits to help us get these memberships into the hands of people who need them. If you run such an organization, reach out at [email protected] — we can provide bulk activation codes, press assets, and a dedicated point of contact.

For Journalists & Press

1 Million Minds Eye is inspired by the ElevenLabs 1 Million Voices Initiative announced at SXSW 2026. Same principle, different ability. ElevenLabs is restoring voices for people with voice loss; ZSky is giving a visual imagination back to people whose inner image is missing or broken.

If you are covering accessibility, neuroplasticity, TBI recovery, creative therapy, or the broader “AI tools as assistive technology” story, we are happy to talk. Founder Cemhan Biricik is available for interviews and can demo the tool on camera.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is aphantasia?
Aphantasia is the inability to voluntarily visualize images in the mind. When most people close their eyes and picture an apple, they see something — color, shape, shading. People with aphantasia see nothing at all, or only the concept of an apple without any visual component. It is estimated to affect around 4% of the population and is entirely non-pathological. It is a difference in how the brain processes imagination, not a disorder.
Do I need a doctor's note to apply?
No. The 1 Million Minds Eye Initiative is trust-based. There is no medical documentation requirement, no intake form signed by a neurologist, no questionnaires to prove you are qualified enough. If you live with aphantasia, visual cortex damage, or TBI affecting visual memory, you are eligible. Apply on the honor system.
Is this tax-deductible?
ZSky AI is a for-profit company, not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so the free access is not a tax-deductible charitable contribution on our side or yours. It is simply free. No paperwork, no tax forms, no receipts. If you want the access, it is yours.
Can I share my account with someone else?
Your Minds Eye Ultra account is for your personal use. Sharing login credentials is against the terms of service and can get the account suspended. If someone else in your life would benefit, have them apply directly — there are 1,000,000 slots and we would rather give each person their own account than have people share. We will never run out before you run out of the need.
What is included in Ultra?
Ultra includes a large daily credit allowance, priority queue access, full-resolution image and video output, advanced editing tools including inpainting and outpainting, a commercial-use license, and the fastest generation times on the platform. Program participants get the same Ultra tier that paying subscribers get, for life.
How long will this initiative last?
Until 1,000,000 lifetime memberships have been issued, or indefinitely if we reach that number. ZSky is committed to the full 1 million mark. We are a small independent company, not a venture-backed startup that might pivot; the founder owns the infrastructure personally and set aside the capacity to sustain this.
