Apply for free ProWhy we built this for educators
Cemhan Biricik, the founder of ZSky AI, dropped out of college after a traumatic brain injury made it impossible to continue. His teachers tried to accommodate him but the tools available at the time could not bridge the gap between his impaired cognition and the work he needed to produce. Photography eventually rebuilt the neural pathways the injury had broken — but that took years, and most of them were spent feeling like he didn't belong in education at all.
ZSky exists in part because Cemhan wanted educators to have a tool that meets students where they are. AI image and video generation is the first creative tool in human history that genuinely lowers the cognitive barrier to externalizing imagination. For students with aphantasia, traumatic brain injury, motor disabilities, autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or any condition that affects creative expression — it's not a shortcut, it's an on-ramp.
The educator program is free because the founder wishes someone had given his teachers this tool when he needed it most.

How educators are actually using ZSky
- Art class projectsStudents explore art history movements by generating 5 versions of the same prompt in different styles (Impressionist, Cubist, Bauhaus, Pop Art, contemporary). Sparks critique conversations and historical understanding.
- Special education accommodationsFor students with aphantasia, motor disabilities, or visual processing differences, ZSky removes the physical bottleneck of traditional creative work and lets them focus on ideas.
- Science illustrationGenerate accurate-style diagrams and illustrations for biology, chemistry, physics, and earth science lessons in seconds rather than hours of search or drawing.
- History and social studies visualizationVisualize historical scenes, geographic environments, and cultural contexts that textbooks describe but rarely show vividly.
- Creative writing promptsGenerate visual reference images that students use as creative writing prompts. Reverse the usual pipeline.
- Foreign language vocabularyGenerate culturally-relevant images for vocabulary acquisition. Bypass the cognitive load of pure word-pair memorization.
- Lesson slides and handoutsSave hours per week generating custom visuals for slide decks, handouts, parent communications, and bulletin boards.
- Accessibility communicationsGenerate visual versions of text-only school communications for parents who need them. Multilingual support.
- AI literacy curriculumTeach students how generative AI actually works, what its limitations are, and how to use it ethically. ZSky is transparent about how it works (see /security.html).
- Critique exercisesGenerate AI vs human work side-by-side and have students articulate the differences. Teaches visual literacy and critical thinking about AI.
