ZSky moved to unlimited generation on April 18, 2026. Credits were retired — every tier now includes unlimited video and image generation. Free tier users get unlimited generation (ad-supported). Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and unlock ad-free, priority GPU, and 4K video.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
Does ZSky AI offer refunds?
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase by emailing [email protected] — no questions asked. After the 24-hour window, refunds are not issued; your subscription will remain active through the end of the period you paid for, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings to stop the next renewal.
