ZSky is bootstrapped, founder-owned, and intentionally small. We do not have a business development team. We do not have quotas. We do not have a partnership funnel that ends in a contract redline meeting. The founder, Cemhan Biricik, takes every partnership conversation personally and decides on the spot whether something is a fit.
That means our partnerships look different from the standard SaaS playbook. We don't do affiliate programs in the traditional sense (no 30% recurring kickbacks for referring customers — we'd rather just give your audience access for free). We don't co-write press releases. We don't pay influencers. We do say yes to mission-aligned organizations who are doing the work, and we usually say it within 24 hours.

Partnership tiers
Light-touch partnership — Mutual feature mention, cross-link in our /partners section (when we build it), free Ultra access for your team. No contract, no obligations, can end at any time. Most of our partnerships start here.
Co-marketing partnership — Joint blog post or press release, mutual newsletter feature, custom integration help, free Ultra access for your community members (with admin verification). Loose MOU only.
Strategic partnership — Custom feature work, dedicated GPU allocation if relevant, white-label or co-branded experience, founder availability for events. Formal MSA. Reserved for partners whose mission alignment is exceptional.
What we don't do
Honest "no" list
- Affiliate programs with cash kickbacks. We would rather just give your audience access for free than pay you to send them.
- Paid sponsorships of your content. We do not have a marketing budget for sponsorships. If you want to write about ZSky, we can give you assets and access for free.
- Reseller programs. ZSky is a direct-to-creator product. We do not have channel partners.
- White-label partnerships under hidden branding. We will white-label on the Enterprise tier, but with full disclosure to end users that the underlying tech is ZSky AI.
- Partnerships that require us to compromise the free tier. The free tier is permanent. Any partnership that requires us to gate features, add watermarks, or reduce free access is a no.
- Partnerships with brands engaged in AI slop. See our manifesto. We do not partner with companies whose primary use of AI is replacing human work without disclosure.
- NDA negotiations before a first call. If you cannot tell us what you want without an NDA, we are not the right partner. The founder takes calls openly, in plain English, without lawyers in the room.
